I believe healing happens when people feel truly seen, understood, and safe enough to be themselves. My work is grounded in the understanding that many of our current struggles, such as anxiety, panic, relationship difficulties, and emotional overwhelm are rooted in past experiences that shaped how our nervous system learned to survive. Therapy is a place to gently untangle those patterns and create new ways of living that feel calmer, more connected, and more authentic.
