Hello! I’m a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) specializing in anxiety, depression, stress management and substance use. My practice serves adults age 25+ from various walks of life. I’m especially passionate about supporting those with demanding careers and leadership roles who wish to create a better work-life balance and improve their overall wellbeing. In our sessions we'll form connections between past formative experiences and present patterns. I often work with people amidst some kind of transition: new career roles, newly sober, new parents, divorce, parenting challenges (eg. empty nesters), recent grads, and so on. Together we'll work to bring you more insight, symptom relief and fresh perspectives. I value curiosity and harm reduction. While I'm more of a "generalist" now, I have 15+ years of experience working with substance use disorders. Many of my clients are sober, "sober curious," or want to reduce their use of cannabis, alcohol, nicotine, or other dependencies.
