I am a Pre-Licensed Master of Social Work (MSW) and Pre-Licensure MLADC professional passionate about helping in clients of all ages with their mental health by building resilience, improving communication, and developing healthier coping strategies. I am committed to supporting people through holistic and personalized therapeutic approaches. I help adolescents, adults, and families heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance misuse by strengthening relationships and building emotional resilience. Drawing from Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Somatic Therapy, and DBT skills, I offer a compassionate, body-based, and skills-focused approach that supports both healing and growth.
