Can’t focus? Your palms are sweaty or you’re losing your nerve. You didn’t accomplish your 2022 goals, you didn’t lose weight and you didn’t land that dream job. Feelings of depression or anxiety are overtaking you and you just don’t know what to do. There are many ways to cope with these stressors in life and I, Ms. Ashley, am the person who can help you with your struggles. I have a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and I am currently a doctoral candidate at North Central University. I specialize in providing an emotionally welcoming and safe space for those willing to speak with me about a plethora of issues. These issues can include but are not limited to Mental health services for individuals, marital or relationship concerns and familial, overcoming trauma, depression, and etc.
