I’m a licensed social worker in Michigan with seven years of experience supporting adults with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, Borderline Personality Disorder, Substance Use, family challenges, self-harming behaviors, suicidal ideation, and trauma. While I have worked with children, my passion lies in supporting adults. My counseling style is down-to-earth and interactive. I believe clients are the experts in their own lives, and I enjoy helping them build the skills to navigate challenges effectively.
