I offer a space for individuals of all identities to connect with the deepest parts of themselves, unravel the pain from traumatic experiences, and find ways of being most fulfilling to them. I believe connection serves as an antidote to the pain and suffering we all endure, and that everyone deserves a space free of judgement solely focused on them. Therapy with me is a collaborative process where you and I join to learn and grow together amidst the hardships and struggles most unique to you. My approach is guided by the adaptability of the nervous system. From this perspective, even the most frustrating of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors somehow make sense based on where we’ve been. With this in mind, I strive to help you to cultivate greater self- awareness, compassion, and acceptance to create change and find healing at your own pace.
