If you've been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, burned out, or exhausted from carrying so much; you aren't alone. I work with individuals who are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves, their patterns, and their relationships. Many of my clients are sensitive, introspective, neurodivergent, or have lived through complex or relational trauma. Through trauma-informed, compassionate therapy, we explore your experiences and gently rebuild safety and connection—to yourself, others, and your purpose. I offer a collaborative, compassionate, and non judgemental space that blends depth, creativity, and evidence-based techniques to help you heal, grow, and truly feel seen. Together, we move at your pace-exploring what’s beneath the surface while also integrating practical tools for coping and emotional regulation.
