Sometimes our problems threaten to gain the upper hand, and we find it difficult to step into the life we want to live. I work with adults, couples, youth, and families in a deeply supportive and engaged environment to assist in a thorough exploration of the challenges they might be contending with. My work promotes the understanding that the person is not the problem, the problem is the problem. I believe that everyone is inherently resourceful, and am committed to working with people to help them alleviate the oppressive effects of problems, whether they are new challenges or ongoing issues.
