There is one thing that is consist, it is change. Whether that is a job, move, relationship, stage of life, loss, or looking in the mirror to evaluate ones self, change and adjustment to those changes can bring up many questions as well as uncertainty. I provide the opportunity to explore and fine tune what those changes are, how to manage them and add skills to assist in determining next steps while providing support throughout the process. I believe that when engaged in therapy, goals and needs evolve and should be reassessed to ensure you are getting what you want and need out of the process.
