Hi, I’m Jae, a therapist who believes that healing happens in relationship, not in isolation. Whether you're here because you're overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or just longing for a deeper sense of connection with yourself or others, I want you to know: you don’t have to do this alone. In fact, none of us should do life's hardest parts alone. Therapy with me will grow your capacity to understand what's going on inside, to be supported, and to trust that it’s okay to let someone in. In the process, you will learn to increase your coping skills, learning to regulate and care for yourself more easily.
