Hi there, I’m Jae, a Bay Area-based therapist dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, polycules, and families as they navigate the rich complexities of our increasingly interconnected lives. I bring a grounded, warm, and deeply curious presence to my work, infused with my authentic (and sometimes delightfully awkward) humanness. Try as I might, a blank slate therapist I am not—I tend to be direct yet gentle, results-oriented yet patient, and I’ll almost always laugh at a perfectly timed sardonic remark. Together we'll work to find your story and then devise ways to help you get unstuck from where you find yourself right now. We will work to identify all of the unique strengths you already possess and help you make sense of what is and isn't working to achieve your goals.
