Welcome to Jaeden Roberts Counseling & Alternative Therapies. I work with adults and children, providing individual & family sessions, as well as teaching classes. My approach is holistic, and I see my role as helping clients cultivate their natural strengths and capacities for healing, gain skills/tools to address problematic dynamics and stressors, and address and resolve past trauma. I believe wholeheartedly in the connection between body and mind, and I work to ensure that healing takes place at all levels. All services are strictly confidential, of course. Some sessions available online (via Facetime or email), based on your needs/preference.
