Sometimes these issues can make us feel anxious or depressed but these struggles can sometimes only be the surface of our problems. Is not unusual, oftentimes, for trauma, OCD, ADHD, or Autism to be the root of problems. Helping you gain better understanding of how to manage mental health struggles in these areas, learn tools that will help you feel better, and maintain a balanced life are few of the goals I focus in treatment. My work also focuses on working with individuals with ADHD and/or Autism, as well as gifted individuals. Though I have knowledge and experience treating other mental health issues, the specified areas above are the ones dear to me.
