I'm Jaelin (she/her), a disabled, AuDHD, queer trans-woman, and I have drawn on a combination of life experience and clinical expertise to create a space of curiosity, healing, and unconditional positive regard: the School of Unlearning, Psychotherapy. Our goal is to build a set of coping skills that enables you to separate identity from trauma, navigate the world with more self-compassion, and rewire your neural pathways.
