I specialize in trauma healing and recovery, anxiety, depression, and mood dysregulation. I have expanded access to EMDR and complimentary trauma modalities. My style of therapy is one that provides genuine empathy, encouragement, support, and nonjudgmental compassion. I predominantly work with children, adolescents and young adults (8-40 years old).
