Hi there, I'm Jaenai. You made the right decision to seek out someone to talk to. We all deserve to have someone neutral to listen to our thoughts and feelings without judgement and to accept us for who we are. Are you struggling with figuring out what is happening with your emotions, behaviors, relationships, school/work, and/or health? Is it hard to be kind to yourself and others? I help with managing trauma, depression, and anxiety. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole self, client-centered approach, addressing the needs of your mind and body. I also integrate mindfulness to help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself and others.
