I am passionate about helping others change their relationship to suffering. I work with adults who are healing unresolved trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I am also an EMDR Certified Therapist and Consultant in Training offering affordable consultation hours for EMDR trained therapists working towards certification. I use a holistic approach to therapy based on your needs. This could include talk therapy and cognitive behavioral, somatic and mindfulness techniques as well as EMDR (Eye- Movement Desensitization Reprocessing). EMDR is therapy proven to be particularly helpful with trauma.
