I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Registered Play Therapist. My main goal is to provide skills and tools that will empower you, or your child, on the journey for change. I believe in instilling hope in my clients to assist them with their personal growth. Providing a comfortable environment, in a safe therapeutic space, that is free from judgment is important to me. I use empathy, acceptance, and active listening to convey support and understanding.
