Hi! My name is Jaime Bohan and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor. In my counseling sessions, I offer compassion and positive regard which helps individuals explore topics, challenge negative beliefs and reframe unhealthy thoughts. Clients can expect a partnership, a judgement free space with opportunity for insight, acceptance and understanding. Approach for providing therapy is an integrative/holistic style. Depending on where our journey will take us, different approaches may be utilized, such as cognitive behavioral, and humanistic approaches.
