I work with you to find what is going to be the best option for the goals you have for your, or your child's, life. Jaime believes all individuals have within them the tools to make change in their lives. Life, irrational beliefs, trauma and problematic behaviors can all get in the way of an individual’s ability to access what they have within them to make the changes needed to feel more fulfilled in their lives.
