Being a human is hard! As a therapist, my goal is to help you through it all. I strive to create a welcoming and open atmosphere where you feel like you have the space to reach your therapeutic goals. I am here to provide the support through a difficult transition or in learning how to cope with the stressors of day to day life. I believe the positive relationship between client and therapist to be the key in helping you get to the place you want to be.
