I offer compassionate, individualized support to adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, and grief. My approach is person-centered and integrative, utilizing play-based methods for younger clients and collaborative, goal-oriented strategies for adults. Sessions may incorporate mindfulness, journaling, creative activities, or relevant readings to promote growth and healing. My aim is to provide a supportive environment where you feel heard, empowered, and equipped to move forward with confidence. I have a passion for helping others and enjoy working with a variety of populations including children, teens, and adults. I take a person-centered, humanistic approach to counseling to build the rapport vital to the counseling relationship. From there, I utilize an integrative approach to treatment.
