I help you recognize strengths, find your authentic voice, and build confidence to use it daily. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and valued. Together, we’ll build a strong therapeutic relationship to navigate challenges, develop lifelong skills, and promote healing. I take a collaborative, trauma-informed approach tailored to your needs. Trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), EMDR, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to name just a few, I support clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationships, transitions, and more.
