I am not a "normal" person, which means my therapy style is not "normal". I am a Spiritual Healer that uses clinical counseling techniques. There's laughing, joking, getting to the root of the problem, grounding, crying and then baby yoda, crystals and our ancestors get involved. Homework is assigned that you won't do four times in a row, then you'll do the homework, healing will take place and you'll say "I feel amazing" and I'll say "Right?" Sessions are in a relaxed atmosphere and in a regular conversational style, because formality is for job interviews not a healing environment.
