I provide clients a safe, non-judgmental environment in which to explore all aspects of themselves. I view therapy as a collaborative process, working together to promote self awareness through internal exploration. I believe that people achieve lasting change by allowing themselves to uncover and "let go" of past experiences that affect emotional reactions today. In addition to identifying internal obstacles that hinder one's success- such as anxiety, depression, relationship, addiction or self-esteem challenges- therapy is a tool used to foster personal growth and help with decision making.
