Hello, I'm Jaime DiMeco & I'm honored that you are here. I have been a psychotherapist since 2018, & in that time I’ve had the privilege to use my education & training to serve a spectrum of clients across California with a variety of therapeutic needs. I take a collaborative & whole-person approach with each client. It is my desire to get to know & come alongside you in identifying current challenges, exploring meaningful goals, & facilitating transformation using verified approaches within a safe therapeutic environment. I am passionate about working with individuals of all backgrounds to overcome & heal from the lasting impacts of trauma, as well as those suffering through seasons of anxiety, burnout, &/or depression. I also have extensive experience helping the LGBTQAI+ community, & their families, affirm their unique identity & connect positively to themselves & others (to include Letter of Support assessments for gender affirming care).
