I work with individuals, children, and families from a psychodynamic perspective to explore the ways conscious and unconscious processes affect current patterns, emotions, and behavior. I integrate Mindfulness principles and Somatic Experiencing, a body-orientated method designed to support people in processing traumatic experiences. I work from a Family Systems perspective when working with children and families, informed by research on child development.
