Hi there! I specialize in helping individuals work through life transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I use creative art therapy directives and traditional talk therapy to help clients express, understand, and problem-solve life's stressors. I work with ages 14 and older. I have a Master’s degree in Art Therapy and Counseling from Florida State University. I am looking forward to hearing from you! Note: our office is up on the second floor, one flight of stairs.
