I support clients who identify as neurodivergent, sensitive, empathic, intuitive or creative. With twelve years experience providing trauma-focused support, I weave together talk therapy with somatic (body-focused) techniques, energy psychology and energy therapies for highly effective therapy. My approach supports the holistic self by meeting body, mind, emotion, energy and soul. We all experience disharmony, ebbs and flows in life, times of thriving and times of struggle. Times of struggle can often manifest as chronic stress, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, unresolved grief or feeling disconnected from the true self.
