Hi, my name is Jaime! I have been supporting individuals with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and more for over 10 years. Throughout my journey, I have been working with people to lessen the stigmatization around mental health and empower individuals to live a life worth living. I specialize in mindfulness and utilizing DBT techniques in my therapeutic practice. I understand each person is unique, and I tailor my approach to best fit the needs of those I am working with to create a more fulfilling life. By approaching behaviors, emotions, and thoughts in a nonjudgmental way, I work with my clients to identify aspects of their behaviors that may be ineffective in working towards achieving goals in their life, offering a different perspective on thinking patterns that may be more effective, and assisting with becoming skillful in regulating emotions.
