I am so glad you are here! I am a licensed professional counselor and certified school counselor. I have 18 years of experience and work with children, adolescents, teenagers and young adults (18-25). Searching for the right counselor can be an overwhelming task, but you have taken the first step. With warmth, empathy and compassion I will guide you through your counseling journey. I offer a safe space, free of judgement, where self-exploration can lead to understanding, healing and growth. I take a holistic person-centered approach, focusing on the whole person. This approach allows me to explore what might be impacting one's mental health. Counseling is not one-size fits all, therefore I draw from multiple theories/modalities to fit each unique client. I have found great success with mindfulness, as well as CBT and alternative approaches.
