I believe creativity is a powerful way to understand ourselves. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor & Board-Certified Art Therapist with more than 20 years of experience, I use art & expression to help children, teens, & families navigate challenges related to ADHD, neurodivergence, mood & anxiety disorders, trauma, & ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder). My work is especially supportive of neurodivergent kids, adolescents & adults who may struggle to express emotions verbally. Together, we use imagery, color, & conversation to make sense of big feelings & find calm in moments of overwhelm.
