I specialize in helping women with the hard parts of trying to have it all...anxiety, people pleasing, resentment and anger, navigating motherhood or infertility struggles, worthiness, healing from childhood, relationships, and career. What women struggle with and the ways we struggle are very specific to the female experience. We have absorbed a lot of messages about who we should be and how to be in the world that leave us carrying a unsustainable burden and prevent us from thriving. We will begin with what you're most struggling with and continue on until you feel you are living a life that reflects who you truly are.
