Survivors of trauma often carry burdens that feel isolating or heavy, and therapy can offer a safe place to regain stability and strength. I specialize in supporting survivors of sexual abuse, intimate partner violence, attachment trauma, adoption and foster care experiences, and first responder or military trauma. Using EMDR, attachment-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, I help clients process their experiences and reclaim their sense of self. You are not defined by what happened to you.
