I work with clients who may be struggling with overwhelming stress, anxiety, depression and are ready for support even if they feel unsure about where to begin. Many may feel stuck in unhelpful patterns, weighed down by life transitions, or disconnected from themselves and others. My goal is to help my clients better understand their emotions, improve communication, and learn healthier ways to cope with daily challenges.
