I enjoy working with teens and adults that are struggling with a wide variety of issues. Trauma can impact us in many ways. Life can also just throw us curveballs. I enjoy walking through these hard things with people and watching the progress they make in themselves to live happier and more peaceful lives. I enjoy seeing individuals be able to use coping skills and express themselves in healthy ways.
