I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. I have been in a therapist for more than 20 years. I have extensive clinical experience working with people with Anxiety, Depression, pregnancy/peripartum/infertily, grief, transitional, stress management, cultural/family, gender identity issues, personal identify issues. In my approach, I try to help you apply coping tools in your life in a way that is practical. My goal in therapy is to try to help you use coping tools in ways that work for you. I use psychoeducation in my session to help you understand the why of an intervention. I speak Spanish and Portuguese fluently.
