I talk with many clients who have had many therapists and have not moved forward in life. I have a great balanced approach of listening, validating, and helping clients problem solve. Clients find me to be very relatable. I'm married, I've experienced divorce, I co-parent. I've battled depression and anxiety. I was diagnosed with ADHD at 31 years old. Those personal experiences, along with a magnitude of professional experiences have equipped me well to walk alongside just about anyone as they try to find a better way. Therapists are supposed to be professionals who can help guide and direct clients as they learn new skills and gain new perspective on their lives and the changes they need to make. I am a person who cares deeply for helping other people. I find such happiness in seeing others climb out of the trouble that they have been in for years.
