Please reach out for openings! I support clients in managing their mental health using Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) techniques. Together, in a safe and supportive environment, we explore emotions, build coping skills, set healthy boundaries, enhance communication, and challenge unwanted behaviors and patterns in life.
