I work with adolescents (ages 12+) and adults who are ready to break out of old, unsatisfying patterns of negative self-belief, failed relationships, and meaninglessness. Before starting therapy, my clients often report experiencing symptoms like: anxiety, depression, loneliness, hopelessness, grief, or anger. Together, you and I create a safe and supportive therapeutic container to begin exploring ways of understanding your problems and pursuing your passions.
