About

As your therapist, I'm here to offer support through life’s challenges with the belief that meaningful change begins with meaningful connection. Gaining a deeper understanding of ourselves can free us from unhelpful patterns and allow us to live more authentic, connected lives. I provide therapy for individuals and couples, with a focus on LGBTQ+ issues, identity development, sex and intimacy, healing from trauma, life transitions, and men’s issues. Together, we’ll explore the emotional patterns, behaviors, and societal influences shaping your mental health to support lasting change. With a compassion-focused, humanistic approach, I integrate relational, experiential, and mindfulness-based techniques to create therapy centered on your unique needs and lived experience. I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, with specializations in LGBTQ-affirmative therapy and trauma-informed care.
