I see counseling as an intellectual blend of art and science, individualized to each unique person. I’ve learned some clinical, data driven therapeutic interventions from excellent facilities around the world as a Mental Health Specialist as well as through my education and practice as a counseling student. I also have sought out culturally specific healers from each region I traveled to/worked at to bring a soft wisdom into my repertoire. By integratively tailoring a broad pallet of techniques, I believe we can achieve serious results, personal to you and your situation.
