I believe that everyone is doing the best they can with what they have; that we are shaped by the tools we have adopted or have learned throughout our lives. However, these tools aren’t always enough, or don’t serve us in the ways we truly need. Many of our emotional challenges or struggles come from pieces of ourselves that are hurt or misunderstood.
