My therapeutic style is rooted in cultural sensitivity and a deep commitment to meeting people where they are. My work focuses on helping clients strengthen their mental resilience, manage stress and anxiety, and build confidence. I offer culturally responsive therapy that acknowledges the impact of systemic and generational factors, racial identity, and masculinity norms on emotional health. I also assist athletes in managing the pressures of competition, academic expectations, transitions, and injury recovery while applying evidence based techniques such as mindfulness, imagery, and cognitive reframing.
