Working in the counseling profession for over 10 years, I have had the pleasure to watch clients' lives transform. I am casual but very passionate about finding solutions for my client population. I enjoy and specialize working with those seeking help with stress management, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, women empowerment, navigating past trauma and current impact, motivation to achieve goals. One major factor in therapy is the rapport between therapist and client. I do my due diligence in creating a therapeutic relationship that assists with accomplishing set goals by client.
