About
I am a licensed mental health counselor and licensed clinical addiction counselor in Indiana. I have completed Gottman Method Couples Therapy level 1 training. I use Gottman Method Couples Therapy in my work. I help couples seeking healing from conflict or infidelity, and those wanting to increase intimacy and connection. I also work individually with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, grief and addiction, including those with a history of trauma. I am EMDR trained, and although I don’t offer EMDR virtually, this does help to create trauma-informed treatment planning and interventions.
