I work with adolescents, young women, and families navigating trauma, emotional challenges, or life transitions. Many of my clients are teen girls or women who feel overlooked, misunderstood, or caught between who they are and who they want to become. They may be facing self-esteem, identity, anxiety, or family struggles and are looking for a safe, affirming space to heal and grow. My clients value authenticity, cultural awareness, and practical tools, and together we build resilience, self-confidence, and strategies that empower them to feel grounded.
