Hi, my name is Jalyse, and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. My approach is warm, curious, and collaborative. I don’t come in with all the answers—I come in with openness. I ask thoughtful questions, hold space for your emotions, and help you gently connect the dots between your past and present. We move at your pace, and you won’t be pushed.
