Hi, I’m Jamaal and my goal, as a therapist, is to empower you as my client. I will do this by creating a safe space with you, to encouraging you during your process of exploration, and to providing reflection and guidance where it may be helpful. I am dedicated to fostering this inclusive and respectful space for all. Therapy can be a powerful tool to help build an understanding of yourself, gain confidence, and develop more fulfilling ways to move through life. I am motivated by helping people find the hope that change is possible, even when it feels nearly impossible.
