Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with seven years of experience collaborating with diverse communities including preteens, adolescents, adults and older adults, and underrepresented groups. Most of my work consists of processing trauma and assessing the relationships we have with others to build more hope for the future. I personally believe that though things may be hard right now, no one is 'crazy', and that in some way, the way we are makes sense due to our past experiences. That means we can understand and create experiences now and in the future that are more adaptive and true to how we want to live.
